What do you want to grow, nurture, and accomplish in 2012?

In this 4 hr. workshop, you will:

• Design & create your own personal life map for instant visual motivation.
• Use the power of visualization and movement to set your goals in motion.
• Unleash the power of your creative muse with the help of the 5 elements!

To bring: any pictures you’d like to include on your vision board, clothes you can stretch and move in, water bottle.  Yoga mats/props & all art supplies will be provided.
